General venue access

The following access facilities are available at the venue: Level entrance to the museum via the main entrance to the Entrance Hall on Chambers Street and the Tower entrance at the corner of Chambers Street. Lifts are available to all floors. Adapted toilets are available and many have baby changing units and changing benches. Wheelchairs are available on loan at no charge. Ask at the Information Desk on arrival. There is a variety of seating throughout the museum Cloakroom

There is level access to the Museum via the main doors to the Entrance Hall on Chambers Street and the Tower entrance at the corner of Chambers Street and George IV Bridge.
